Our diet
intake plays an important role to influence our thought process. Try cutting
down to junk and switching to fruits. Fruits and veggies are all those good stuff
that provide proteins, vitamins, fibres, etc to our body, which help in
increasing our metabolism rate. A fit body is the first tool to fit mind.
Try to balance
out enough time from your fast pacing schedule to your mind and soul. 15 minutes a day can bring major changes
within one month. Before bed time, or after bed, give your mind a gentle pat
