Over the past few years, the rise of competition in various sectors has given rise to people being consistently updated and evolving to mark their survival among the competition.  And this fast pace to stamp the presence among the competitor leads to stress and peer pressure. Well, here are some bare minimum action tips that you may follow to surpass this stress.

A well disciplined life style is one which enhances the efficiency and capabilities of our mind and thereby improves our output at workplace. A pro suggestion is to instil a habit of waking up early! The oxygen intake that reaches our mind, from the pollution free atmosphere of mornings, drives great blood circulation which aids our mind to stay alert.




2. Me time is anti social on social media.





Make sure to stay away from social media soon after you wake up. Your mind and soul needs you. Try to follow a workout routine. An enthusiastic workout session is food to calm the nerve endings and a pathway to increase metabolism. An alert mind will always react actively and progressively to stress. Keeping away from social media at the starting hours of your day will help your mind to set its place and value the thoughts itself, regardless of being affected from others life style.



3. Keep calm and close your eyes.


Mediation. No matter how cliché does it sounds, resetting your brain to a thoughtless state is the best way to ace your mental health. Have a mat, sit straight, relax your body, and close your eyes and THINK NOTHING. Try listening to light music. Or if you prefer an open place, focus on capturing nearby natural sound. Our diet intake plays an important role to influence our thought process. Try cutting down to junk and switching to fruits. Fruits and veggies are all those good stuff that provide proteins, vitamins, fibres, etc to our body, which help in increasing our metabolism rate. A fit body is the first tool to fit mind.

5. Mental care is never a dull investment.






Try to balance out enough time from your fast pacing schedule to your mind and soul.  15 minutes a day can bring major changes within one month. Before bed time, or after bed, give your mind a gentle pat about what well did it perform! Have a friendly greeting to your soul.
